02Services
The right solution depends on what the business is trying to accomplish. I work across three areas where a stronger digital system can create meaningful value.
For businesses whose online presence no longer reflects the company they've become.
Strategy, design and custom development brought together to help customers understand the business, trust it and take the next step.
Explore Business WebsitesFor businesses that need software existing tools don't quite fit.
Purpose-built applications for internal operations, staff, customers and specialised business processes.
Explore Custom Web ApplicationsFor businesses whose commerce requirements have moved beyond a basic online store.
Customer experience, business rules, integrations and operational requirements brought together into a commerce system designed around how the business actually sells.
Explore Custom Ecommerce03Approach
Not every business needs custom software.
Existing platforms can be excellent when their assumptions match what the business needs. Custom development becomes valuable when the customer experience, operations, integrations or future roadmap require something more specific.
My process starts with understanding the business before deciding what should be built.
The business, customers, users, goals and constraints.
The problem, requirements, scope and system boundaries.
The customer experience, workflows and interface.
Engineering, integrations, testing, security, performance and responsive behaviour.
Deployment, measurement, documentation and iteration where required.

Practical writing on business websites, custom software, ecommerce and the decisions behind building technology that fits the business.
Ecommerce
A framework for deciding when an established commerce platform is enough—and when custom development may justify the additional investment.
Software Decisions
The difference between presenting a business online and building software that performs part of the business itself.
Business Websites
A useful business website needs to accomplish more than looking professional.
05About
I'm Emmanuel Nnebedum.
I approach software by first understanding the business, users and constraints behind it. My work spans full-stack engineering, business systems and application security, with a growing focus on building technology that helps businesses sell, operate and serve customers better.
I care about what happens beneath the interface as much as what customers see: how the system works, how it handles failure, how it performs, how it protects data and whether it remains understandable and maintainable after launch.

Tell me what you're trying to build, improve or replace.
We can start by understanding the problem before deciding what technology makes sense.
